

ADULT GROUPS
We provide a variety of groups for adults including therapy, support and parent groups. All groups use the power of connection with others to heal and grow, but each type of group has a different approach. Therapy groups focus more on the relationship among group members and view the group as a laboratory to explore how we show up in the social world. Support groups use the relationships in group as a platform for healing and coping with difficult situations. Parenting groups are a specific type of support group that also involves education and training of group members on best practices in parenting.
